Mount Surisan, Anyang, South Korea - Sun Setting

Scientist says that a Sunset or sundown is the daily disappearance of the Sun below the western half of the horizon i.e. at an azimuth greater than 180 degrees, as a result of Earth's rotation.

I say that a Sunset is when you sleep late because you played World of Warcraft last Friday night and waking up on a Saturday late afternoon.
